EXPLAINED
Our level structure consists of levels from: (All of our levels require extensive training and each artist specialize in one field of hair to achieve Master Level)

New Talent (Jr stylist level -beginning level just coming out onto floor)

Stylist level (Building level up to 2 years of chair experience and education)

Designer level (Building with about 5+ years of chair experience and education)

Master level (10+ and above years of chair experience must have a significant amount of training and educating experience)
